Where and when did you work abroad?
Jan-Feb 2014. Läkarbanken, rotary doctors. Trainee program. Mutomo hospital in
Kenya.

Did you need a visa or a working permit? If yes, how did you arrange it?
Visa, not working permit. Läkarbanken arranged this.

How much experience did you have before going? Was that enough?
4 months obstetrics. A bit more would have been good but I had a senior doctor with
me.

What kind of work have you been doing?
Obstetrics and gynecology. Rounds maternity ward, deliveries, C-sections. Treatment
of complications. Neonatal resuscitation.

How did you find out about this possibility? Did you have a contact person who
will be willing to organize a stay for another trainee (or at least give some
information) and whose name you can pass on?
Information through Läkarbanken.

How did you finance your stay?
Läkarbanken paided for flights, room, VISA. I payed for food etc.

Are there any ongoing research projects at the hospital?
No.
